We started Wands & Hammers because we genuinely like helping people. Not in an abstract way — in the specific, physical sense of getting a team into a space that actually works for them.
We think a lot about how people move through offices, how they communicate with each other across a table or across a timezone, and how the right infrastructure shapes all of that. A conference room that just works. A network that doesn't slow you down. A space where everything is where it should be on day one. Those aren't small things — they're the conditions that let people do their best work.
Most office infrastructure companies do the tech or the physical work. We built a team that does both — because the offices our clients deserve require it. Structured cabling, conference room AV, workstation power, security cameras, access control, furniture, and build-outs. One team, one timeline, one invoice.
